Karen Long Neck Village Northern Thailand

While traveling with Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) in northern Thailand we visited the Karen Long Neck Village. The tribe follows an age-old tradition where the women wear large rings around their necks to give the appearance of elongation. For centuries there has been little change in their traditional clothing; however, some receive t-shirts and jackets as gifts from tourists.
