When I was in the Amazon of Peru, my tour group, OAT’s Grand Circle, took a side tour with a business run by Amazonian women. (Grand Circle Foundation supports women-owned businesses worldwide.) We paddled in canoes on San Regis Creek. Our guides were wonderful and it was a nice, relaxing afternoon.
