Sukhothai

Today was a long drive to Sukhothai, stopping along the way to see how Buddha casting is done. Next we arrived in Sukhothai where we were able to visit the Thailand’s largest collection of historic ruins. This historical park has the remains of the royal palace and 26 temples. The next day we had OAT’s “Day in the Life” of a Thai Village where The Grand Circle Foundation supports a primary school for under privileged children. The children were precious with lots of smiles.
